I had a great experience getting a routine cleaning done on my dryer/dryer vents by SafeFlow. While they were here, the installation of my dryer was a fire hazard and they were able to fix it in the same service with just a small charge for the new connection material. The service was quick and easy I very much appreciated the time that was taken to explain to me the air flow information, and how the original installation created a fire hazard, my house inspector had also said something similar about the dryer a couple weeks prior so I was happy SafeFlow was able to fit the repair in with my service appointment!

Jon came to clean our dryer duct since the dryer wasn't flowing well. He discovered it had a section of plastic flexible duct inside the wall that was a huge hazard and not to code. He came back and after cutting a couple of small access holes was able to remediate the issue. He installed doors over the access points and everything looks and functions great now.
Would definitely recommend him and will have him back in the future for routine cleaning.

Jon Sligh came to my home in October 2023 and cleaned my dryer vent. It was very involved and he located the problem within minutes and installed a new vent directly to the roof. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. I would definitely recommend his service and I look forward to his return next year for his inspection that all is still operating well.

We just bought a home and were completely flustered when our dryer broke within 2 weeks of moving in. Jon got us on the schedule within a few days and when he arrived he knew there was a problem right away and that our dryer installation was not up to code. It was a relief that he could guess the problem before he even got into doing the work - it shows you he really knows what he is talking about. Jon took care of every thing promptly and efficiently and we could not be more grateful! We will be scheduling yearly maintenance with his company and referring anyone we know!

Jon Sligh is professional, courteous and kind. He was on time and completed the dryer vent cleaning and also replaced our dryer duct and outside vent. He gave us before and after photos and took measurements of the airflow before and after. I’m very impressed with the quality of the work and how trustworthy he is. So glad I made the call!

Had a big problem with a dryer vent today. Called Jon. He was able to come out same day. He found the whole vent was clogged from beginning to end and was leaking. It was a pretty long vent run through two walls and out another. He fixed the whole thing for a fair price and did a great job. I would absolutely recommend calling him and his company. This service was such a blessing to us. Our home builders unfortunately did not install our dryer vent correctly which created major buildup of lent and made it very difficult to dry our clothes on at least two or more full cycles in the dryer. It was such a fire hazard and we didn’t event realize it! Jon properly cleaned everything to a T and educated us as well. He was very friendly, thorough, and helpful! I definitely trust this company more than others which barely say hello let alone help prevent future issues. So thankful for Jon and his expertise!

When looking for someone to replace my dryer hose I found Safe Flow Dyer Vent Cleaning. I filled out the online form and Jon answered right away. I was surprised because it was a Sunday afternoon. He was able to get to me that Thursday morning before I had to leave for work. Jon is very professional, and is also state certified so I was confident in his work. He quickly cleaned out the dryer and replaced the hose (which turned out to be a bit stubborn) His pricing is very fair he guaranteed the work as well. Our dryer stopped heating, and Jon responded to a message in an online group saying he was available that day to do a complimentary vent inspection since it could be causing our issue. In less than hour, Jon arrived. He figured out we did need a cleaning but reiterated it wasn't a guarantee to fix the dryer. Jon worked his magic and also recommended we change out a part to help the flow of the lent in the future, even if we had to get a new dryer. Jon talked us through every step of the way, was transparent, and gave us such peace of mind. We lucked out that the dryer has a little life left in it because of Jon's attention to detail. Would highly recommend!

I wanted to write a post about the great service we received for our dryer vent cleaning service. I had suspected our dryer wasn’t working and that we needed a new one. After having someone refer me to Safe Flow Dryer vent cleaning service I was absolutely shocked to find out what had been piling up deep inside our vent system. They came out and were so professional - it turns out the dryer was just fine all we needed was a thorough vent cleaning which saved us so much money compared to what I thought we’d have to spend for a new dryer…not to mention energy costs.

So many people overlook this home maintenance item, but so many house fires begin in the dryer vent. My dryer was not running as efficiently as it should and Jon did a fantastic job at cleaning out my dryer, the vent to the outside and he replaced my dangerous flexible foil hose with a metal one. He was on time, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend Jon and SafeFlow to everyone who owns a dryer.
