Jon and Tyler were able to quickly identify issues with my dryer connection, come up with various cleaning solutions to address a difficult to reach exhaust vent, and then quickly cleared out 23 years of a dangerously clogged dryer vent. I certainly appreciate a company that shows up on-time, charges a fair rate, is friendly and knows their stuff. Dryer time is incredibly better, and the cost savings will probably offset the cost of the service. This was my second experience working with Jon as he also did my daughter’s dryer vent while I was there visiting – and she was just as please.
