Jon and his team replaced the dryer vent ducting in my house that probably had never been changed or cleaned before. They replaced it with rigid ducting and insulated it appropriately. I noticed a minor issue shortly after the initial installation, but Jon stood by his company’s guarantee and personally came by to fix it. There was no excuses or pushback, just solutions. That made me feel good knowing I went with a trustworthy, local company. While he was there, he also alerted me of a safety concern with my dryer electrical wire lacking a pressure relief clamp which was causing the dryer to turn on and off when the cord was moved. I was able to fix that easily with a YouTube video as they do not deal with appliance repair. Still, he had my safety and best interest in mind.
