Jon (the owner) was fantastic! He was kind, professional, and knew everything you could possibly know on the topic of dryer vents. Jon heard my concerns and then thoroughly assessed the situation and fixed our issues. Our dryer vent cage had popped off, we needed our dryer vents cleaned, and our transition hose needed to be replaced with a hose suitable for dryer venting. Jon explained everything along the way and replaced the parts that shouldn’t have been installed in the first place. Jon did great work and I highly recommend him for work regarding your dryer vents!
