Jon from SafeFlow identified that our dryer vent, which is on roof, was wrongly installed in first place. He explained how it was installed in code violation, he provided enough pictures, evidence to go-back to builder.
He installed the vent properly to the roof, which was left by builder. After his guys cleaned-up our dryer, the dryer is drying clothes in half the time & is working efficiently.
