I am extremely pleased and grateful for the service I received from Jon and his team from SafeFlow.
I knew that the previous owner of my house had a bathroom vent joined to the dryer vent, and that it was a bad setup. When I called SafeFlow, Jon explained that it was not to code. We agreed for him to come out a couple of days later to evaluate my options.
Jon and his crew were friendly and courteous. Jon explained his concerns and his recommendations clearly. We came to a decision on how best to proceed, and within an hour my dryer vent had been reconfigured and replaced with quality materials.
I am very happy about it all. I know that it is much safer than the original configuration. The photo is part of the old ventilation. So glad I called Jon! I will certainly use SafeFlow for annual cleaning and inspection.
