From my first phone contact with Jon to the follow up just today, he and the service he performs is first class. I had purchased a dryer vent cleaner kit from Amazon with the intention to do it myself. My wife mentioned to me that the clothes were taking a lot longer to dry so I went out to where the vent was and there was absolutely no air flow coming out. To me, that indicated a larger problem that I was prepared to do with my little cleaning kit. He and his helper came and got the job done quickly, thoroughly, and professionally.
While they were here I also went for the new flexible metal connector and a new, very nice outside vent. My original vent, one with those 3 flaps that are supposed to open and close as the air flow comes and goes, was actually stuffed with lint. The new vent cover he installed is a one door with a magnetic closure, guaranteed for life. I highly recommend this service and Jon in particular. I feel a lot better knowing that the vent is clean and I don’t have to worry about a fire.
